Boil and eat the Passover meal at the place that the LORD your God will choose. In the morning you may go back to your tents. Deuteronomy 16:7

Do not eat any of the meat raw or boiled in waters or boiled at all, but only roasted over the fire—its head and legs and inner parts. Exodus 12:9
