There are a large number of reasons.

* Jesus did not fulfill the messianic prophecies (ex. [[Unfulfilled messianic prophecies]])
* Jesus is a mediator to God (ex. [[Jesus the Mediator]])
* Jesus is the typology of a false god and his mode of worship is disqualified (ex. [[The Typology of Partnership]])
