The Law of Moses and the Code of Hammurabi

The claim has been made (Oneway, etc.) that the law of the Torah is a) not morally prescriptive (secondary issue) and was copied from other extant laws – in particular the Code of Hammurabi. In particular the claim was made that “All of the laws of the code of Hammurabi (all 200+) can be found in the Torah.”
