The claim has been made (Oneway, etc.) that the law of the Torah is a) not morally prescriptive (secondary issue) and was copied from other extant laws -- in particular the Code of Hammurabi. In particular the claim was made that "All of the laws of the code of Hammurabi (all 200+) can be found in the Torah."
